You deal with Joey.

IT for small business. You talk to me — not a call center. Simple pricing. Simple support. No bull.

How I work
  • Array

Usually 5–50 people.

Keep it simple.

Most small companies don’t need a 40-person MSP. They need someone who answers the phone, tells the truth, and gets the office back to work. That’s the job.

  1. 01

    You call.

Phone or email. No portal. No chatbot. If I’m with a client, I call back.

  2. 02

    I tell you straight.

What’s wrong, what it costs, what I’d skip. If the office doesn’t need me, I’ll say so.

  3. 03

    We fix it.

Then your people get back to work. Bill you can read. No surprise line items.

The no-bull list.

  • Slow responses delay critical tech fixes.
  • Reactive support waits for things to break.
  • Hidden fees create unpredictable IT bills.
  • Technical jargon replaces clear, helpful communication.
  • No strategy leaves future growth unplanned.
  • Recurring glitches ignore the root problems.
  • Locked credentials hold company data hostage.
  • Rigid contracts force one-size-fits-all services

What I do.

Typical MSP work for small business. If it’s office IT and I can do it well, I’ll take it. If I can’t, I’ll say so.

  • Helpdesk for the office

Your people call or email. I pick up. Remote first, on-site when a machine needs hands.

  • Workstations

Laptops and desktops for the team — setup, repair, replacement, and keeping them actually usable.

  • Windows servers

Install, patch, back up, and keep the box that runs the business from becoming a surprise.

  • Backup & recovery

Copies that restore. Tested. Not a folder named Backup on the same drive.

  • Office network

Wi-Fi that reaches the floor, wired that doesn’t fight you, firewalls that aren’t set to default.

  • Microsoft 365 & cloud

Mail, files, accounts, sharing — set up for the team and kept that way.

  • Cyber security

MFA, patching, sane permissions, and a plan for when something looks wrong.

  • On-site in the Valley

Phoenix metro when remote isn’t enough. Remote for offices anywhere.

Three options. No gotchas.

Standard rates for a typical small office. If your shop is bigger, smaller, or weird, I’ll quote it straight. Month to month — 30 days’ notice.

I’m Joey Sawyer.

Army veteran. More than twenty years in IT. I started 13 Echo Tech because most small businesses in the Valley don’t need a sales team. They need one person who knows the gear, answers the phone, and doesn’t waste their time.

This is a B2B shop. Offices, trades, clinics, professional firms — usually 5 to 50 people. You will deal with me. There is no team. If I’m a bad fit, I’ll tell you.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona. On-site across the metro. Remote for offices wherever you are.

Before you call.

Who will I actually talk to?
Joey Sawyer. That’s the whole roster. If you want a 40-person helpdesk, I’m the wrong shop — and I’ll tell you that up front.
Is this for businesses or home users?
Businesses. Small offices, shops, trades, professional firms — usually 5 to 50 people. I’m not a consumer repair shop. If the kid’s laptop died, I’m the wrong number.
Contracts?
Month to month. Thirty days’ notice. I don’t lock companies in. If I’m not earning it, you should leave.
Where do you work?
On-site across the Phoenix metro. Remote for offices anywhere. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–10pm. Weekends closed unless you’re on a monthly plan and it’s an outage.
We already have an IT person.
Fine. I can be the backup, the project guy, or the replacement. No drama.

Call. Write. That’s it.

For the office. Call or email. Joey Sawyer is the helpdesk.
